Architects: 3+1 Architects
Location: Tallinn, Estonia
Construction Year: 2004-2005
3+1 Architects have created an interesting piece of architecture that appears to be squeezed into a small plot but rather expansive in the back. This building is located near Kadriorg park, which is one of the most historic areas of Tallin. The construction of the building is composed of juxtaposing old areas of the initial building and contrasting it new materials that announce its renovation. -John Sebelius
