Via-Lattea-Glowing-Air-filled-Furniture

Ever walked into a piece of furniture when it's dark at night? Well don't fret, just get yourself a glow in the dark air filled sofa designed by Mario Bellini for Meritalia. The couch is made of recycled fibers but I have no idea what makes it glow. Love? Unicorns? Kryptonite? Whatever it is, it's pretty sweet. -John Sebelius

Kanye's site describes:
For DJs with a touch of class (and a big budget to blow), Garder Post offers the Baby Grand Master. Its features and specs look like they were written in Danish and the mixer looks like it was pulled from an alien spacecraft. It has an ultra (ULTRA) white reflective projection surface. Oh, and it’s built into a Baby Grand Piano. Gorgeous and intimidating, I’d be afraid to get my fingers anywhere near it (without scrubbing them with bleach first). The 12-inch subwoofer, hydraulic legs and lid and neon details puts it out of your price range.

Another great new American automobile from this weeks New York Auto Show. -Michael Davis

Picture 3

Finding a choice piece of fine art to hang above the textured mantle or underneath a drop-hung French chandelier is no easy task. Yet Suzan Fellman, the Los Angels designer, seems to have captured a spotless-mind and filled it with the delicate rejuvenation of hallowed antlers.

Once a truck grill ornament or trophy of the big kill, Fellman honors these fossil-like treasures with Swarovski crystals or hipster colors found in her hand made collection. Capturing to the eye and coveted by art this connoisseur, these items punctuate a dull space yearning for a statement. –Katy Ibsen

ALP-Horn-Headphones-by-WeSC

The Folding WeSC's ALP Horn headphones are as pleasing to look at as they are to listen with. When folded up the headphones appear to be similar in design to a sleek piece of furniture. Specs on the headphone: "Premium streetwear headphones, as tech as they are stylish, with lightweight and well-padded earcups and soft, adjustable headband. Clean, heavy sound that brings out the best in bass and treble - courtesy of 57mm drivers, with 119 dB sensitivity, an impedance of 60 Ohms and a frequency range of 20 - 20,001 Hz." -John Sebelius

Clair Danthois demonstrates that a great design can make any piece of furniture work, regardless of the materials. Her wine tasting bar is constructed entirely of reclaimed materials and is inspired by Newton Vineyard. Born rich explains: "The custom-designed, six-foot bar has 112 segments of oak that represent Newton estate’s 112 different vineyard blocks. The glass shelving and steel cables that hold the bar are taken from an architectural site." One of these bars will be auctioned off later this year with 100% of the profit going to Global Green USA. This is truly a remarkable piece for any living room or den. -John Sebelius

Now this ad campaign doesn't immediately make me think: "a beverage so delicious it is worth 2.75 million of dollars" but maybe stripper poles and bad trance music is the new thing and I was never told. I hope this booze is mind-altering delicious for its pricetag. Created by Leon Verres "Le Billionaire Champgane" is definitely the most exclusive and most expensive champagne of all time and its hype has resulted in only one bottle being available for purchase. Miniature bottles of the champagne are available for a whopping $2,750. Drink up. -John Sebelius

Our friends at DesignSpotter turned us on to this slick dresser. Their synopsis of the Control Dresser: "The Control dresser keeps it all together in an intriguing way. Smooth sliders are concealed within each of the four drawers, which wrap themselves neatly around the body of the piece. Drawer faces are cut from a single piece of wood, to preserve grain continuity throughout. Completely customizable." The fact that this dresser is made of one piece of wood and is completely customizable grabbed our attention. Chris Reitchard created the design and it's manufactured by SIDD

We are always on the hunt for cool summer furniture that allows us to sit by the pool, have a cocktail, and read Stylelusts in comfort. Luckily for us, the Austrian design team EOOS are up to the task and have teamed up with manufacturer DEDON and provided us with a summer must-have. The Summer Cloud Sun Lounge takes clean design and marries it with functional prowess. The Sun Lounge has a moveable back which allows the sitter to shade any part of their body they choose and we no longer have to mess with those ridiculous umbrellas. -John Sebelius
